From the grassroots of Jamaica, "Pets Needs" was first established November 2022 as (Pets Needs Ja)  a small business oriented and operated in Portmore, St. Catherine, Jamaica from home. Inspired by the thought of providing all the supplies pet's need, we believe we have the potential of providing more on a bigger scale, becoming a local and

international powerhouse name and in a way of revolutionizing the Pet Supply Industry within Jamaica, making our mark in the Caribbean and the  US, hence Pets Needs Usa was born. The main branch Pets Needs Usa, here to do more for Pets nationwide and to bridge the gap in the pet industry between the US and the Caribbean. The idea behind the name of the brand was based off what pet's in fact needed, not just a matter of what pets want but based off what a pet needs to grow, be happy,  be comfortable and be healthy. Therefore "Pets Needs" was the catch.

"All Your Pets Needs" as our motto as simple as that, the thought is a spark to new beginnings, a great journey for pets and their owners/parents for years to come.
