PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept a range of payment methods, including multiple debit & credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Choose the option that suits you best.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

From our Homepage , select the items you are interested in. Select category, product, color, size, type and varieties if applicable, and click ADD TO CART or click the Shop Page then select Category, Product, Cart. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT inter billing, shipping and card info and all necessary credentials. Go through with payment once all info is correct, it will then direct you to a Thank you page with your invoice/receipt and item details. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections/items will be shipped to you within               7-15 days of purchase or maybe sooner depending on where the item is coming from and the shipping method selected. You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information via email when all is done.

MY CREDIT CARD WAS NOT APPROVED. WHY NOT?

Some common reasons that your credit card might get declined include having the card’s credit limit maxed out, accidentally triggering the card’s fraud protections and even entering incorrect payment information as well as an expired card.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date when we have it back in stock. In almost all cases even if an item is out of stock we can ship within 5-10 business days.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

A shipping charge is included to handle packing and shipping costs. The amount to be charged is shown when you go to CHECKOUT.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

No unfortunately not. Pet Needs USA only ships within US borders. 

CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?

We will ship your purchase to any location you specify, as long as its within US borders. Follow the instructions when you CHECK OUT.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER?

You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to petsneedsusa@gmail.com. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, you can log into your account and find tracking information for your order by clicking under ACCOUNT or ORDER tab then click TRACK ITEM.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Orders for items that have not shipped can be cancelled by sending a notice to petsneedsusa@gmail.com or by clicking cancel in MY ORDERS. If the item is already in the mail, you will need to follow our return policy.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Pets Needs USA wants you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is broken, does not meet your expectations, or is the wrong size, contact petsneedsusa@gmail.com. Please read our our return policy.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY ORDER?

Residents of the State of Delaware do not need to pay sales tax on their order. Out of state customers do not pay sales tax at this time.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

At the time of CHECK OUT, you will be offered the choice of CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMETS, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY, AFTERPAY AND KLARNA.
